Cyanoacrylate Adhesives

BC Cyanoacrylates are single component adhesives, which set up very rapidly. These products more commonly referred by many generic names such as super glue, krazy glue, CA's, or instant adhesives, set up in a matter of seconds.

Our BC line of cyanoacrylates is the most advanced product line the world has ever seen. Whether you are bonding metals, plastics, or rubber we have a product that will fit your needs. The BC line has a wide range of viscosities that will be able to handle bond joints where gap fill is needed from .002" to .010". These products will also be handle temperature parameters from -65°F-250°F. Set times of the BC cyanoacrylates can vary from one second to four minutes on some surfaces.

We also have the flexibility to add color or pigment to the adhesive to help identify where the product is being applied. In addition, we have been able to formulate the adhesive to dramatically enhance flexibility and weatherability.


BC 3000
Bonding Concepts BC 3000 enhances the curing of BC Cyano-acrylates where low humidity levels or surface acidity may exist. BC 3000 may be post applied by brush, pump sprayer, or dropper. This product was developed to prov-ide a solvent-free alternative that offers the cure speed of conventional solvent accelerators with the added benefits of reduced odor and non-flammability.
BC 3005
Bonding Concepts BC 3005 is an extremely fast setting, wicking grade adhesive for bonding all types of preassembled parts. BC 3005 is ideal for bonding wood and other products with varying acidity levels.
BC 3010
Bonding Concepts BC 3010 is fast setting, medium viscosity adhesive for bonding plastics and elastomers. BC 3010 has excellent flexibility and makes product ideal for use on porous substrate such as foam rubber, cloth or wood.
BC 3015
Bonding Concepts BC 3015 is a fast setting, high viscosity adhesive offering a quicker set speed than most other high viscosity cyanoacrylates. BC 3015 has a combination of viscosity and set speed that gives it fabulous versatility of use in many different applications.
BC 3020
Bonding Concepts BC 3020 is a slow setting, high viscosity adhesive designed for extremely difficult applications. BC 3020 utilizes technology that incorporates rubber into the formulation giving this product unsurpassed elasticity coupled with extremely high temperature resistance. ideal for use in many automotive and loudspeaker applications.
BC 3025
Bonding Concepts, Inc. BC 3025 GEL is a slower setting thixotropic adhesive for general purpose use. BC 3025 GEL is a non-stringing formula ideal for vertical and horizontal applications or when the issue of ahdesive migration is critical.
BC 3030
Bonding Concepts, Inc. BC 3030 is a fast setting, medium viscosity general purpose adhesive. BC 3030 is a user freindly, cosmetically pleasing formulation that incorporates no odor, non-blooming characteristics while maintaining excellent bond strengths. BC 3030 may eliminate the need for special ventilation.
BC 3035
Bonding Concepts, Inc. BC 3035 is a thick viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive, suitable for inserting big gap on prod-uction line materials. Its fast cure speed and thick viscosity is suitable for a lot of industrial usage. A one component, solvent-free system that does not require the use of a catalyst, heat or clamps. When a thin layer is applied between two surfaces and contact is made with atmospheric moisture, a rapid polymerization occurs producing the ultimate bond.
